You're Invited: Stay Ahead of the Curve with the MHCA Quarterly Member Meeting!

Have you been keeping up with the changes shaking up our industry?
From federal rebates to refrigerant standards, labor shortages to economic volatility—there's a lot happening that directly affects your bottom line.

That’s why you can’t miss our next Minnesota Heating and Cooling Association (MHCA) Quarterly Member Meeting — a must-attend event for forward-thinking contractors and businesses like yours.

    Special Guest Speaker: Sean Robertson

Vice President of Membership, Advocacy, and Events
Air Conditioning Contractors Association of America (ACCA)

Sean is coming to us live via Zoom, fresh from ACCA’s National Advocacy Day in Washington, D.C., where he’s been at the front lines, meeting with lawmakers and regulators. He’ll bring us insider insight into what’s really going on — and what’s coming next.

As MHCA is the official Minnesota affiliate of ACCA, this is your direct line to national policy updates and advocacy efforts that impact YOUR business.

    What You’ll Learn:

    • The latest updates on national energy policy and what they mean for your work.
    • The status of federal rebates and tax credits you can use now.
    • New and changing refrigerant and efficiency standards.
    • Tariffs: how they’re driving up costs and affecting availability.
    • Navigating a volatile economy: opportunities and risks.
    • Tackling the labor shortage with smart hiring and training strategies.
    • Critical federal policies affecting small businesses (taxes, OSHA, and more).

    Why Attend?

This event isn’t just about listening to a speaker — it’s about connecting with your fellow contractors to exchange ideas, solutions, and opportunities. Whether you're looking to grow your network, save money, or simply stay informed, this is the room to be in.

    Connect. Learn. Save.
One idea or connection could save your business thousands.

    Not a Member Yet?

This is a great chance to see the value of MHCA membership in action. We're working hard to advocate, educate, and support HVAC contractors across Minnesota — and this event shows exactly how.

Reserve your spot today and join us for a high-impact session that could change the way you do business.
